We design and manufacture various automated and inspection machines for manufacturing sites. At Kyoto Seiko, we have a one-stop shop in-house production for all processes, you can rely everything from product delivery to post-sales maintenance by consulting with a assigned staff. We have strengths in leak test and image inspection machines (Blanks inspection machine), will design and manufacture production lines with these features.
ASSEMBLY・HANDLING

LEAK TEST
This is a device for leak inspection using a differential pressure type air leak tester. In addition to air leak testing, we also offer leak testing equipment equipped with helium detectors, flow rate control flow measurement, and other measurement and inspection of flow rate characteristics based on our extensive experience to meet customer needs.
VISUAL INSPECTION
Equipped with an image processing engine that uses a line sensor, this device inspects and sorts printing surfaces at high speed. The objects to be inspected are cards, blanks, tube containers, film sheets, etc. Various standard machines are available. We have delivered more than 150 units.
