What is a leak test machine?
By combining an air leak tester (manufactured by Cosmo Instruments) and a clamping/sealing device that is most suitable for each product, we perform high-precision inspections to check for leaks in various products before they occur. Accurate pass/fail judgments can be used to detect “leakage” in all products and prevent product loss.

The key of leak testing!
In order to fully demonstrate the performance of the tester, it is necessary to select an inspection method and tester according to the contents of the inspection, and to “seal the product reliably and stably”. What is the Blanks?
In the packaging process, printed thick paper is punched into the shape of a box (material). By replacing the conventional visual inspection of the printing surface of blanks with a blank inspection device, the oversights that tend to occur in visual inspections are eliminated.
With the technical cooperation of image processing manufacturers, our paper feeding mechanism is instantly inspected for printing defects such as small stains, jumps, water drops, fading, and scratches.
Moreover, it is efficient because it can inspect both the front and back sides at the same time. (We also offer surface inspection only types.)
We can also handle complicated dimensions and various dimensions of blanks.
Options such as paper dust removal, tape inserter (for quantity management), and metal detector are also available.
(1) Paper feed section
By adopting the top field method, the stacked blanks are reliably fed to the inspection table one by one without damaging them. Stocker’s blank loadage is 500-700mm height x 2 set.
(2) Inspection section
With a positioning system (patented) using a unique offset roller, blanks are transported and inspected with a high accuracy of ±0.1mm.
(3) Defective product discharge unit
As a result of inspection, only defective products are discharged here.
(4) Non-defective product stocker
We collect good quality products. The stacking amount of blanks is 500-700mm height x 2 set.
